How do I set up Clo in my org?
Once you have decided to continually listen to your employees and improve their sentiment towards your org, please follow these steps to successfully onboard your new Chief Listening Officer.
Step 1: Confirm to the PeopleCues team that you want to go live with Clo in your org. You can reach out to the Customer Success team, Product team, or raise a ticket from the Help section within PeopleCues itself.
Step 2: Introduce Clo to your org by sharing an internal communication about partnering with PeopleCues and hiring a new Chief Listening Officer. This builds credibility for Clo and increases the probability of being assimilated well into the org. We recommend sharing this communication via email, Slack, Teams, or even in Townhalls from the leadership desk. Attached here is a sample communication.
Step 3: Confirm to the PeopleCues team that this internal communication has gone out so that Clo can then introduce itself.

View and take appropriate action on feedback received from employees, subsequently encouraging them to voice their sentiments and build a strong culture.
