Feedback settings

Admins can enhance the feedback experience for employees by configuring additional settings such as:

  • Anchoring feedback to specific points (e.g., goals, competencies, or projects) to make it more actionable

  • Setting visibility preferences to control who can view or access the feedback

  • Enabling anonymous feedback to encourage honest and open input

These configurations help ensure feedback is meaningful, relevant, and safe to share.

Configuring Feedback Points

Admins can configure how feedback is captured by anchoring it to specific elements that make the input more contextual and actionable. There are three types of anchors available:

  • Objectives: Link feedback to OKRs assigned to the feedback recipient, helping assess performance in relation to the defined goals.

  • Competencies: Anchor feedback on key competencies as defined by the admin, making it easier to assess skill development.

  • Values: Tie feedback to organizational values, reinforcing cultural alignment.

Each of these anchors can be easily enabled or disabled using the checkboxes in the settings.

Visibility Option

Admins can configure who can view the feedback shared on the platform. Users can choose from the following visibility levels when giving or requesting feedback:

  • Employee: The feedback is visible only to the employee who receives it.

  • Line Managers and HRBP: Only the employee’s manager and HRBP can view the feedback.

  • Employee + Line Managers and HRBP: The feedback is visible to the employee as well as their manager and HRBP.

  • Visible only to requester/giver: The feedback is private and only visible to the person who requested or gave it.

  • Requester Visibility Admins can enable visibility for the person requesting the feedback. This setting is especially useful for HRBPs and scenarios where feedback is being gathered outside the direct reporting hierarchy.

Anonymity

Admins can control how feedback is shared or requested by selecting from the following anonymity options in the settings panel:

  • Only anonymous

  • Only non-anonymous

  • Both options (respondents can choose how they want to submit feedback)

This flexibility allows organizations to tailor the feedback experience based on their culture and comfort levels.
