Action Planning

Once a survey is completed then the managers should act on the feedback to resolve grievances, improve team-well being and drive their MRX scores up.

The Action Planning Module is designed to support managers in building actionable strategies to improve their performance while enabling admins and HRBPs to monitor the execution progress of these action plans effectively. More Details below:


Action Planning Tab Overview

The Action Planning tab consists of two sub-tabs:

  1. My Action Plan

  2. Admin Dashboard

Sub-Tab Visibility

Access to these sub-tabs depends on the user's persona:

  • Managers can view the My Action Plan tab.

  • Admins and HRBPs can view both the Admin Dashboard and My Action Plan tabs.


My Action Plan

First-Time View

When you land on the My Action Plan page for the first time as a manager, it provides:

  • Performance Snapshot: Displays your current and past Manager Relationship Index (MRX) scores, showing how you compare to the ecosystem and where your potential lies.

  • Focus Areas: Highlights questions where you scored the lowest, indicating areas requiring immediate attention.

Creating an Action Plan

  1. Select Focus Areas: Hover over a focus area and click on it to start creating your action items. Alternatively, click the Create Action Plan button at the bottom of the page.

  2. Define Action Items: After selecting a focus area, you'll reach the Select Questions and Define Action Items page.

    • Each question can have multiple action items.

    • Use AI-generated suggestions to create action items quickly. These suggestions are fully editable and customizable.

    • Set deadlines for each action item and finalize the action plan.

  3. Expanded View:

    • View a table containing all questions with additional details such as:

      • Theme

      • Score

      • Delta (change from the previous survey)

      • Impact on eNPS

    • Sort the table based on your preferences and click on any question to create action items.

Tracking Progress

Once action items are created, the My Action Plan page transitions into a Kanban View, enabling managers to:

  • Update and track progress across three statuses:

    • To-Do

    • In-Progress

    • Completed

  • Drag and drop action items between statuses.

  • Manage individual action items through the side panel:

    • Update status, due date, and descriptions.

    • Change the title or delete action items.

  • Receive deadline reminders:

    • Amber warning: 15 days before the deadline.

    • Red warning: 7 days before the deadline.

  • Add new action items via the Add Action Items button.


Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard is intended for Admins and HRBPs to monitor action planning progress across the organization.

Features

  1. Dashboard Insights:

    • Track the number of managers who:

      • Have started creating action plans.

      • Have not started yet, despite receiving the survey report.

    • View charts showing:

      • Percentage of managers with action plans by department.

      • Percentage of managers in each MRX zone (Red, Amber, Green).

  2. Manager Performance Table:

    • Provides a detailed table for each manager, displaying:

      • MRX

      • Delta

      • MRX Trend

      • Action Items Count

      • Progress on Action Items

    • Click on any manager's row to access their Kanban view.

  3. Nudging Managers: Use the Nudge All button to remind managers who have not started working on their action plans.
