Understanding the eNPS Distribution Graph
eNPS is the north-star metric that reflects the overall health of your organization. The eNPS distribution graph adds further clarity by highlighting which employee segments(department, gender, location, employee type, tenure, and more) are positively or negatively influencing the overall score.
What It Helps You Do
Pinpoint low-performing segments: Quickly identify areas with the most scope for improvement (e.g., departments scoring below the org average).
Spot high-impact opportunities: Understand which segments are driving positive sentiment.
Target interventions: Focus efforts on the segments that need redressal.
Example: In the graph shown above, the Product, Corporate, and Information Technology functions score below the org eNPS line, indicating they may require deeper attention.
How to Read the Graph
Org eNPS Line: A horizontal line showing your org’s current overall eNPS
Y-axis: Represents the eNPS score of each segment.
X-axis: Lists all segments within the selected demographic, sorted by segment size.
View Dropdown: Use this to change the demographic category (e.g., department, tenure).
Hover on Bubbles: Hover over any score bubble to view:
Participation %
Number of employees in the segment
Number of responses from that segment
