eNPS Survey Journey - Users
1. Survey Launch:
The survey will automatically launch based on the selected start date and time. All designated employees will receive a notification once the survey is live. Here is the survey launch email template:

2. Employee Login
When an employee clicks the "Go to Survey" button in the email, they will be redirected to the PeopleCues platform.
If the employee is already registered, they will land directly on the first question of the survey.
If the employee is not registered, they will be prompted to sign up first, after which they will be taken to the survey. Here is the sign-up journey of an employee.
3. Fill out the Survey
The survey consists of 57 questions across 15 themes and takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
It is divided into multiple sections, and once you submit a section, it becomes locked and cannot be edited. Please note that the survey can only be filled out once, so ensure your responses are final before submitting.
To maintain anonymity, do not include any identifying information, such as names, in any of your responses. PeopleCues takes strict measures to protect respondent anonymity, ensuring that individual responses are never visible to managers, leadership, or administrators. Only aggregated results will be shared, and only for groups with at least three responses, ensuring complete confidentiality at every stage. To read more about our anonymity policy, click here.
