eNPS Leadership Participation and Summary

Higher participation ensures that survey results accurately represent the organization's health. It also provides the best opportunity for actionable insights.

To drive participation, we have introduced the Leadership Participation Summary email feature. PeopleCues sends the participation summary to the leadership team (L1 leaders) and admins, all the Engagement Administrators, and survey creators. It solves 3 purposes:

1. Brings visibility to the leadership team about the participation rate in their respective org and participation at an overall organization level.

2. Allows leaders to further deep-dive into their organization chart to find the teams that have lower participation.

3. Leaders can share the survey link with their respective team members to drive participation.

Highlights in the email:

1. Survey participation at an org level.

2. Participation of all L1 leaders' org.

3. Survey link for the leaders to share with their respective teams.

4. Survey end date.

5. View participation button for the leaders to deep-dive into the participation of their respective orgs.

Email frequency: 2 times a week (Tuesday and Thursday at 12 PM)

1. Engagement administrator

2. Survey creator

3. L1 leaders (managers reporting to the founder)
