Teams
The Teams feature helps you and your teammates group objectives and review them effectively.
Teams can be used to:
Group objectives by function
Example: Engineering, Product, Sales/BD teams
Track cross-functional initiatives
Example: Growth Pod in a matrix hierarchy organization
How to create a new Team?
Go to Objectives > Teams and click Create Team.
Enter a unique team name and description so employees can identify it.
Assign a Team Owner by entering their name.
Add Followers to notify them and ensure they automatically follow the team.
Adding teams while creating an objective
Go to Objectives > Create Objective.
In the pop-up, click Add Team.
Type the team name you want to create and add it.
Add a description for clarity.
Add followers to notify them.
Modify/edit team details
Go to Objectives > Teams and open the team page.
Click the three-dot menu next to the team name, then select Manage Team.
In the pop-up, you can:
Edit the team name
Add/remove team owners
Modify the description
Add followers
Follow a Team
Go to Teams in the header menu and select the team.
Click the green Follow button to bookmark it for quick access.
Unfollow a team
Go to Teams in the header menu and select the team.
Click the three-dot menu next to the team name and select Unfollow.
