Teams can be used to:
Group objectives by their functionality.
Eg: Engineering team, Product team, Sales/BD team, etc.
Track key cross-functional initiatives (especially useful in a matrix hierarchy organisation).
Eg: Growth pod, etc.
Step 1: To create a new team, visit the Objectives tab and click on Teams button in the menu bar. Give a unique team name and add the description to ensure that employees can identify the correct teams.
Step 2: Assign an owner to the team by entering their name in Team Owners section.
Step 3: Add Followers to ensure people get notified and automatically follow your team.
To create a team while creating new objectives:
Step 1: Visit the Objectives tab and click on Create Objective button on the top-right of the screen to begin.
Step 2: While creating a business or a personal objective, you will be able to add teams to the objective. Click on the Add Team dropdown in the objective's pop up.
Step 3: Type the team name you want to create. Then add it.
Step 4: Add a valid description to ensure people can identify the correct teams to be added.
Step 5: Add followers to ensure people get notified and automatically follow your team.
Anybody in the org can create a team and choose to be its team owner. A team should have at least one team owner.
Teams don’t have any restriction with the upper limit on total number of followers & team owners.

Note: PeopleCues only allows admins and/or team owners to modify or edit the team details.
Step 1: In the Objectives tab, click on the team page to make modifications.
Step 2: To modify the team, click on the three dots against the team name and proceed to the Manage Team option from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: In the pop-up window, you can edit the name of the team, add/remove team owners, modify team description, and add followers from the org.
Teams can be followed for quick reference
Step 1: Click on the Teams option on the main header tab. Select the team that you want to follow.
Step 2: Click on the green Follow button to bookmark a team for quick access.
Step 1: Click on the Teams option on the main header tab. Select the team you want to unfollow.
Step 2: Click on the three-dot menu on the left of the team name, then click on the Unfollow option.
