Performance review are an important process in nurturing talent by providing essential feedback required for them to grow. Utilizing ratings and feedback for deciding on promotions.
But everyone dreads performance reviews, humans find it hard to reflect on their performance for self review. For peers the motivation to write a quality feedback is even lower. This leads to lazy or flowery feedback. The manager has to revert back to their direct report or their peer for a better quality feedback. The later versions come via different channels like slack, email, oral communication, docs etc. This leads to a broken input for feedback with no single source of truth.
Assessing the quality of feedback from direct reports and their peers also puts a lot of cognitive load on managers.

Average quality of Objectives, Competencies. Ratings on Open Questions.
Incomplete contexts: If the description on any Objective, Competency or Open Question lacks mentions of specific situation, behaviour and instances. Then the Review Quality Monitor will highlight the incomplete instances.
The manager can reopen the form for Direct Report or their Peer with one click through Email or Slack. They can also provide some notes about what the Direct Report or Peer should change about their feedback.
NOTE: Incomplete contexts can only be evaluated if your company has subscribed to AI SBI feature.
