Templatized Surveys on PeopleCues

PeopleCues offers ready-to-use survey templates to help you quickly assess various aspects of org health. Available templates include:

  • Manager Effectiveness Survey Measures how employees perceive their managers and the manager-reportee relationship.

  • Quick Pulse Check Gauge employee understanding of objectives, decision-making, impact, and innovation.

  • WFH Pulse Check Assess the impact and effectiveness of the work-from-home setup.

How to Create a Templatized Survey

Note: Ensure the org hierarchy is accurate and functions are assigned to all L1 leaders. Surveys cannot be created if this setup is incomplete.

  1. Navigate to the Survey Setup Go to the Surveys tab and click on Create Survey in the Survey Management dashboard.

  2. Choose a Template Under Org Surveys Templates, click Use this on your preferred template.

  3. Select Audience Type

  • Employee’s full org: Includes all levels under the selected manager (optionally include the manager).

  • Employee’s direct reports: Targets only the direct reports.

  • Custom hierarchy: Upload a list of specific users.

  1. Customize Questions Select the questions for the survey. You can also add Likert-scale or open-text questions if needed.

  2. Preview & Rearrange Review the selected questions and rearrange their order if necessary.

  3. Define Survey Details Enter the survey name, start date & time, and end date & time.

  4. Launch the Survey Preview the setup and click Schedule Survey to launch.
