Create & Manage Surveys
PeopleCues offers a variety of survey types to meet different organizational needs.
Types of surveys
1. eNPS survey (Org Health Diagnostic)
A comprehensive, anonymous survey designed to assess the overall health of the organization. It involves multiple touchpoints with employees to identify strengths and areas for improvement across the organization, department, or functional level.
2. Follow-up survey
Follow-up surveys are designed to measure progress after interventions have been made in response to findings from a previous eNPS or pulse survey. They help assess whether corrective actions have had the desired impact on organizational health.
3. Templatized survey
In addition to the eNPS survey, the PeopleCues tool offers a variety of templatized surveys designed to address specific organizational themes:
Work-from-Home (WFH) Pulse Check
Quick Pulse Check Survey
Manager Effectiveness Survey
Follow-up Survey
These surveys provide a quick and effective way to gather targeted insights without the need to create survey content from scratch.
4. Custom survey
Custom surveys provide complete flexibility, allowing you to create a survey from scratch with tailored questions specific to your organization’s unique needs. This is ideal when you want to gather feedback on niche or context-specific topics.
5. Continuous listening survey
These surveys are confidential(names accessible by the HR team) and triggered at key employee milestones (e.g., 30/60/90 days, role changes, anniversaries). They help capture real-time, contextual feedback throughout the employee lifecycle, allowing organizations to act promptly on high-severity or high-impact concerns.
6. Clo - Chief Listening Officer
CLO is the PeopleCues chatbot that enables employees to share feedback anytime anonymously or confidentially. It’s designed for ongoing listening outside structured survey cycles, giving employees a safe and accessible way to raise concerns, share ideas, or highlight experiences when they matter most.
