Use the template provided to upload bulk upload users to the tool
Step 1: Download the Excel template.
Step 2: Fill in the user data, carefully following the instructions provided to avoid upload errors.
Step 3: Upload the completed file to add users to the system.
Please note: You can also add custom demographics to the platform. Please reach out to our CS team, and they will get them added from the back end.
