Review Participation

Performance Admins, Managers, Leaders, and HRBPs can track participation for their specific spans during ongoing reviews. Participation details are displayed across the different stages of the review cycle, such as Self-Review, Manager Review, and others.

To check participation:

1. Navigate to the Reviews tab from the left-hand menu.

2. Click Open Review next to the ongoing review.

3. From the Review Dashboard, select the Participation tab to view the current status.

Note: Use the dropdown on the Participation page to switch between the views for Performance Admins, Managers, Leaders, and HRBPs.

As Performance Admins, Managers, Leaders, and HRBPs can:

• View the status of Self Review, Additional Review, Manager Review, and Review Publish.

• Send reminders to any or all personas who have not yet submitted their respective forms.

• View participation in Hierarchical, Flat, or Manager-wise formats, allowing you to nudge individuals or leaders within your span of responsibility.
