Accepting & Declining Objectives
Objectives assigned to employees require acceptance to ensure clarity, alignment, and ownership. Both Managers and Employees can accept or reject objectives, depending on their role in the workflow.
1. Accepting or Rejecting Objectives (Manager)
Managers review objectives assigned to their direct reports and decide whether to approve or send them back for revision.
How Managers Accept or Reject Objectives
Go to Objectives.
Click the My Directs tab in the header menu.
Review the assigned objective.
Click Accept to approve or Reject to send it back.
If an Objective Is Rejected
You will be prompted to provide a reason for rejection.
This reason is visible to the employee.
The employee can update the objective based on the feedback and resubmit it for approval.

2. Accepting or Rejecting Objectives (Employee)
Employees must review and accept objectives assigned to them before work begins.
