Introducing Lifecycle Surveys

What are Lifecycle Surveys?

Lifecycle Surveys are designed to collect employee feedback at key moments across the employee journey, such as onboarding, role changes, anniversaries, or exit. They help you stay connected with employees at crucial milestones and uncover insights that typical engagement surveys may miss. PeopleCues analytics engine then identifies at-risk employees and empowers HRBPs to resolve their concerns.

What Can I Do with Lifecycle Surveys?

  • Set Up Once, Automate Forever: Create lifecycle Touchpoints (e.g., Day 30, 6 months, 1-year mark, etc.). Once set up, relevant surveys are automatically triggered when employees reach those milestones.

  • Monitor Sentiment by Milestone: Gain visibility into how sentiment evolves across different stages of the employee lifecycle. Example: You may identify that employees approaching their 2-year mark are showing lower sentiment, enabling you to take targeted action.

  • Identify Trends & At-Risk Groups: View cohort-wise trends and use data to pinpoint specific groups or timeframes where employees feel disengaged or unsupported.

  • Deep dive into groups showing low sentiment to uncover the underlying reasons behind their scores. We recommend focusing on the specific themes with the lowest ratings and taking targeted action to address them in order to improve the overall employee experience.

  • The PeopleCues analytics engine further helps identify UNOs (Unhappy Ones) individuals who are at risk of disengagement or leaving the organization. Our proprietary UNO algorithm analyzes multiple data points across the employee experience to generate a focused list of at-risk employees, enabling timely and targeted interventions.

  • Understand the underlying reasons why each employee is identified as a UNO, and empower your HRBPs to take proactive action. This enables you to closely monitor at-risk individuals and implement targeted interventions to reduce attrition and prevent employee churn.
