Edit eNPS survey template

Note: We strongly recommend not making any major changes to the default template, as it may impact the accuracy of theme-wise and question-wise benchmarks comparing your results to the other organizations in the ecosystem.

How to Edit the eNPS Survey Template

1. Access the Template Open the link to view the PeopleCues eNPS survey template.

2. Make a Copy Click on File > Make a Copy to begin editing your version.

3. Update Existing Questions

  • To edit, add the new text in the Edited Question column.

  • To remove a question, delete the entire row.

  • Do not remove the mandatory eNPS and MRX questions:

    • eNPS: On a scale of 0–10, how likely would you be to recommend your organization as a great place to work?

    • MRX: On a scale of 0–10, how likely would you be to recommend your manager to your friends?

4. Add New Questions Insert a new row and fill in the following fields:

  • Question: Full text of the new question

  • Edited Question: Leave blank for new questions

  • Section: Choose one based on the broader theme:

    • Manager Effectiveness

    • Leaders & Team Effectiveness

    • Org Processes

    • Career and Development

    • People Practices

    • Pride & Well-being

  • Greektempleblock: Choose based on focus area:

    • People: Managers, Teams, Leaders

    • Processes: Alignment, Decision Making, Innovation, Impact, Collaboration, Communication, Org Principles

    • Practices: Career Development, Performance & Rewards, Policies, Hiring & Assimilation

  • Questiontype: Use either "Likert" or "Open text"

  • Shorttext: A 2–3 word label for UI display

  • Mandatory: Enter "true" or "false" (Likert questions are mandatory by default)

  • Modified: Mark "true" if the question is newly added or edited
