Orgs want to use their own Themes for eNPS!
Orgs have their own themes that they wish to evaluate the employee engagement on in the eNPS survey, with this feature these themes and questions which are specific to the orgs will be supported on the PeopleCues platform.

Custom Templates enable users to create their own Themes for conducting an eNPS survey.
Types of Questions
Yes/No Questions
Likert Questions
Range Questions
Text Questions
It is mandatory for every theme to have a likert or range question to enable calculation of score. Every theme can have a maximum of 1 range question and any no. of likert questions.
Yes/No Questions are not included in the score calculation for Themes.
For every new theme defined questions have to be defined as well. If range question is present then it will be considered for score calculation in the theme otherwise likert questions will be used for theme score calculation as usual.
