Creating a new Review
Creating a Review in PeopleCues
Reviews in Cues are highly customizable. You can design different reviews with tailored properties for various departments or leadership levels. This ensures that employees are not measured on the same scale but are evaluated based on the skills and responsibilities most relevant to their role.
Steps to Create a New Review
Click on the Create Review button located at the top-right corner of the Reviews tab.
Assign a unique name to the review cycle.
A clear and distinctive name makes it easier to identify the cycle and recall its specific purpose later.
Add instructions (optional).
These instructions will be visible to employees when they access the review and will guide them on what to focus on while filling it out

Sample Review Instructions

For managers: ensure fairness, avoid bias, and base comments on evidence.
Use the rating scale consistently; clarify what each level means.
