Step-by-Step Guide to use CLO

Step 1: Start Writing Feedback Open the manager, peer, or self-review form and begin filling out your feedback as usual.

Step 2: CLO Welcomes You When the form opens, CLO introduces itself with a brief, friendly message, explaining the value of using the SBI (Situation–Behavior–Impact) framework to structure feedback.

Step 3: CLO Listens Silently As you type, CLO operates in a silent listening mode with no interruptions or pop-ups.

Step 4: CLO Flags Missing SBI Elements After completing your response, click “Analyze Response”. CLO scans your feedback for missing SBI elements and underlines only the sections that require attention.

Step 7: Track What Needs Attention If you scroll past a question with unresolved SBI gaps, CLO shows a toast notification linking you back to the issue for easy revision.
