Additional Review (peer)

Additional review appraisal helps provide a more complete picture of employee performance to assist in accurate judgments.

Note: Depending on the process defined by your company, you may be required to complete reviews under one or more of the following categories: Objectives, Competencies, and Open Questions.

Steps for Filling Additional Reviewer Form:

  1. Click on the relevant category tab - Objectives, Competency, or Open Questions that you want to review.

  2. Review the category details, including associated metrics and specifications.

  3. Fill in your review by providing a rating and a comment (as applicable). You can format your text and add links if required.

  4. Click on Analyse Response to apply the SBI framework, and update your comment based on the recommendations provided.

  5. Repeat the process for each category.

Objective Review

All the objectives submitted as part of the appraisal process are visible here. You can view objective details, their progress, and the weightage assigned.

As part of the peer review process, you can:

  • Provide a rating (if enabled by your organization) against an objective.

  • Answer the question: “What went well and what could have been improved?”

To fill an Objective Review: Follow the steps outlined above and click on More Details to access detailed progress for each objective under the following tabs:

  • Check-ins: Displays all check-ins associated with the objective along with a progress graph.

  • Activity: Shows all updates and activities related to the objective.

  • Key Results: Lists the key results (if any) associated with the objective and their progress.

Provide the rating from the available options, then proceed to the next section.

Competency Review

The competencies expected in the reviewee’s role, as defined by your organization, are visible here.

As part of the peer review process, you can:

  • Provide a rating (if enabled by your organization) against each competency.

  • Answer the question: “How did <Name of reviewee> perform on this competency?”

The workflow for filling a Competency Review follows the same steps as mentioned above.

Open Questions

As part of the peer review appraisal process, you are required to:

  • Provide comments against each open question.

The workflow for answering Open Questions is the same as described above.
