Access management in objectives

We're adding access management to PeopleCues to make the product more customizable for admins to run the product via their own processes.
This allows admins to configure permissions inside the objectives module according to the role of the end user. Following is the permission matrix
Note : At all time Employee permission can't superceed Manager permissions
Do we allow contradictory rules to be applied?
Ans : While there are no restrictions enforced by the product, we don't recommend contradictory rules to be applied to avoid confusing the user.
How do users get to know what are the restrictions enforced ?
Ans : Tooltips are shown on restricted sections for informing users of the blocked states. Additionally adding information on who has the right access to make changes.
Can a user raise a request via the tool if they wish to make a change
Ans : This is not possible on the tool yet
