Goals Permissions

There are two primary roles in the Objectives module:

1. Goals Administrator

2. Members

Members can have the following different roles with respect to an OKR:

• Creator: The person who creates an objective or key result.

• Owner: The person responsible for achieving the outcome of the objective or key result.

• Immediate Parent: The person who owns the parent objective to which a key result contributes.

• Manager: The manager of the reportee to whom the OKR is assigned.

The next section explains the specific actions that each of these roles can perform.
