Permissions and Roles
This page provides an understanding of the different roles that exist on PeopleCues.
Admin
Administrators are responsible for managing user-level data. They can add users to the platform, update demographic information, and extend administrator access to other users.
Goals Administrator
Goals administrators can create company objectives, manage OKRs, define access permissions within the Objectives module, and can assign Goals Administrator access to others
Performance Administrator
The Performance Administrator is responsible for managing review cycles and the feedback module. They can also grant Performance Administrator access to other users.
Engagement Administrator:
This user can create and manage organization-wide eNPS surveys, continuous surveys, CLO, follow-up surveys, track participation, and publish all survey reports. They can also assign Engagement Administrator or Survey Creator access to others.
Survey Creator
This user is responsible for creating, managing, and tracking participation in organization-wide and follow-up surveys. They can extend the survye creator access to others.
Survey Admins
Survey Administrators can create and edit surveys, view results, and share reports for specific survey templates assigned to them.
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
They have access to eNPS survey data, CLO insights, and continuous survey responses for the employees they support as the designated HRBP. This enables them to take appropriate actions and address any concerns or feedback raised by employees.
1:1 Administrator
1:1 Admins are responsible for driving the culture of 1:1s across the organization and monitoring usage data on the platform to ensure adoption and effectiveness. They have the right to extend the 1:1 admin access to other users
Hierarchy based roles
Members get assigned different roles and access based on their position in the organizational hierarchy:
Manager: An individual with direct reports.
Managers have visibility into the objectives assigned to their direct reports and access to a dedicated eNPS report covering their span of control. They can also manage which objectives are included in the performance review process for their team and can select peers to provide feedback on their direct reports.
Skip Manager/Leader: The manager of a manager (second-level manager).
Skip managers have similar functionality as managers across the OKRs, Surveys, and Reviews modules. In addition, they have access to a leadership view for calibration and participation. They also have the authority to review and approve the final performance ratings submitted by the managers who report to them.
L1 Leader: A senior leader who reports directly to a founder.
