Timezone Selection

Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to select the timezone in which your review cycle will run.

Best practice: If your organization operates across geographies, choose the timezone where the majority of your workforce is located for maximum alignment.

Set review dates:

Define the dates for each stage of the performance review using the calendar picker, suggested prompts, or by entering a custom date.

Configure notifications: Set the time when email notifications should be sent and define the frequency of reminder emails to keep participants on track.

Key Timeline Milestones

  1. Announcement Date

    • The review cycle is formally announced to the organisation.

    • Participants are notified via email.

  2. Review Start Date

    • Marks the beginning of the review cycle.

    • All processes (self, peer, and manager reviews) begin as per setup.

  3. Self-Review Submission Date

    • Last date for employees to submit their self-review.

  4. Additional Reviewer Submission Date

    • Deadline for additional reviewers (if configured) to submit feedback.

  5. Manager Review Start Date

    • The date from which managers can start submitting reviews.

    • Options to trigger manager reviews:

      • After self-submissions are completed

      • After peer submissions are concluded.

We recommend using the second option, as it allows for a more precise AI-generated summary based on feedback from multiple stakeholders.

  1. Manager Submission Date

  • Final deadline for managers to submit their direct reports' review forms

Note: The manager’s form remains open for submission till the sign-off date, even if the manager misses the designated submission date.

  1. Manager Sign-Off Date

  • The date by which managers must finalise and approve ratings.

  • This marks the formal closure of the review cycle for their team.

At the bottom of this page, set the time at which all announcements and other notification emails will be sent out.

Automated Reminders

Set up weekly automated reminders will be sent to employees for pending actions such as:

  • Self-review submissions

  • Manager review submissions

  • Peer review submissions

  • Manager publish actions
