# Visibility

In PeopleCues, admins can configure **visibility settings for each section** of the review (e.g., Objectives, Competencies, Open Questions, Final Ratings). This ensures flexibility for different organisational requirements.

#### **How to configure:**

* **Step 1:** Select the section (Objectives, Competencies, etc.) from the *Sections* column.
* **Step 2:** Choose the participant persona (Reviewee, Manager, Peer, Additional Reviewer, Skip-Level Manager, etc.) whose visibility you want to modify.
* **Step 3:** From the dropdown, select one of the three visibility options:
  * **Never** – Response is never visible.
  * **Post Publish** – Response is visible only after publishing.
  * **Pre & Post Publish** – Response is visible before and after publishing.

Custom visibility settings can also be saved as a template, making it easier to reuse the same configuration across different sections or in future review cycles.
