PeopleCues allows the admin to configure the visibility of reviews in two ways:
Set visibility for all sections
Set visibility for individual sections.
Set visibility for all sections allows you to configure the same visibility settings for all the sections - objective, competency, functional skills, and final ratings - in the review.
You can either proceed with the default settings suggested by PeopleCues tool for all the sections or configure settings individually for the participants selected for the review cycle, like the Reviewee, the Manager, Peers and so on.
To change the visibility settings for the participants in the review cycle: Step 1: Identify the segment and the persona for whom you want to configure different visibility settings. Step 2: Click on the drop-down menu against the segment. For instance, in the image below, to change the visibility setting for 'Manger comments can be seen,' click on the post publish drop-down to choose a different setting.
There are three types of visibility settings available for the admin:
Never
Post publish
Pre & Post publish.
PeopleCues also allows the admin to configure visibility settings for each section to help suit different requirements and use-cases in different orgs.
To change the visibility settings for each section:
Step 1: Select the section from the Sections column, for which you want to modify the visibility settings.
Step 2: Select the persona - Reviewee, Manager, Peer, and so on - whose visibility setting you want to modify and select any of three options - Never, Post Publish, Pre & Post Publish - from the drop-down given beside each use-case.
