Fill Additional Review

Additional review appraisal helps provide a more complete picture of employee performance to assist in accurate judgments.

Note: Depending upon the process being followed at your org you will have to fill reviews under 1 or more of the following categories - Objectives, Competency, Functional and Open Questions.

Steps for filling reviews broadly follow the same workflow as specified below:

Step 1: Click on the category tab - Objectives, Competency, Functional Skills, and Open Questions - that you want to review.

Step 2: View each category with its associated metric and specifications.

Step 3: Fill in the review for the particular attribute. You have options to format your text (Bold,Italics and Underline) and add emojis as well.

Step 4: Scroll down and repeat the above mentioned steps for the next category.

Objective Review

All the objectives that were submitted as part of the appraisal process are visible here. You can skim through the objective details, their progress and the weightage assigned. As part of the peer review process you can:

  • provide a rating (if allowed by your organisation) against an objective.

  • provide answer for the question ->"What went well and what could have been improved."

To fill objective review:

Follow the same steps as specified above and click on More Details to get a detailed progress around an objective under the following tabs:

  • Check-ins: This tab will show you all the checkins associated with the objective and progress graph.

  • Activity: Here all the activities related to updates associated with a particular objective shall be visible.

  • Key Results : View the key results (if any) associated with the objectives and their progress.

Provide the rating among the options available to move to the next section.

Competencies Review

The competencies that are expected in the reviewee's role are visible here, which are defined by your organisation . As part of the peer review process you can:

  • provide a rating (if allowed by your organisation) against a competency .

  • provide answer for the question ->"How did <Name of reviewee>perform on this competency."

Steps for filling the competency review are same as specified above.

Functional Review

All the functional skills uploaded by the reviewee before the start of the review process are visible here. As part of the peer appraisal process you need to:

  • provide comments against each functional skill.

Steps for filling the functional skills review are same specified above.

Open Questions

As part of the peer review appraisal process you need to:

  • provide comments against each open question.

The workflow for answering open questions is same ad mentioned above.
