# Publish Review for reportees #### Why is publish review for direct reports useful? The **Publish Review** feature allows managers to release review forms for their direct reports individually, at their own pace. **Key Benefits:** * **Timely conversations:** Managers can deliver feedback while actively discussing performance with employees, reducing the delay between the review meeting and access to the form. * **Flexibility:** Feedback can be published one by one, enabling managers to control the timing of delivery for each direct report. * **Employee reflection:** Direct reports can immediately view the feedback, reflect on it, and start planning their growth. **Notifications:** * If enabled by admins, managers receive an **email notification** to publish reviews for their direct reports. * A **Slack notification** is also sent to remind managers.

When managers receive a notification (via email or Slack), they can click the **Go to PeopleCues** button to access the platform and publish reviews for their direct reports.
