Comments & Mentions

Comments and mentions allow users to provide feedback, share updates, or communicate directly with teammates within an OKR. Comments are general notes, while mentions (@user) notify specific users to draw their attention or assign action items.

Why It’s Important:

  • Enhances Collaboration: Enables teams to discuss progress, challenges, or ideas directly within the context of the OKR.

  • Improves Transparency: Keeps all updates and conversations centralized, making it easy to track decisions and feedback.

  • Ensures Accountability: Mentions notify relevant users, ensuring responsibility and follow-up.

  • Supports Continuous Alignment: Helps managers and teams stay aligned on priorities without needing separate emails or meetings.
