Deeper analysis of employee sentiment - Pivot Table
The Deeper Analysis section provides a detailed, heatmap-style breakdown of eNPS survey scores by demographic segments. It allows users to analyze theme and question-level scores across various cohorts such as department, location, tenure, and more.
How to Use:
Add filters to select a demographic.
Assign segments (e.g., departments) to rows and columns.
Compare and analyze how different parts of the organization are scoring on specific themes or questions.
Combine multiple filters to create a nested view, enabling you to derive deeper insights from the data.
Click the arrows next to any cohort to sort the column in ascending or descending order, helping you better understand that cohort’s key pain points.
This view is especially helpful for identifying sentiment trends and pinpointing where focused interventions are needed.

Additional Info
By default, the table displays scores for all functions grouped by themes.
You can download the data as a .csv file using the icon next to the Score/Delta toggle.
You can use the filters in the top left corner to look at specific cohorts within the current view.
The Overall Score represents the average of the scores currently visible in your selected view. It does not reflect the actual overall score of the entire organization.
The delta option on the top right reflects the deviation from the average of the selected data and does not represent deviation from the org-wide survey scores.
