Understanding Org Health through the Heatmap
Organizational health is reflected by your eNPS, and the heatmap helps uncover the drivers behind it. The heatmap includes 15 themes, categorized under the roof: eNPS, Floor: Org Principles, and three pillars: Processes, Practices, and People. You can deep-dive into each theme to explore insights across different demographics.

Understanding the Org Health Heatmap
To help interpret the data effectively, each theme in the heatmap includes:
1. Color Indicators
Green: Core strengths of your organization
Amber: Areas where improvement is needed based on employee feedback
Red: Critical areas that require immediate attention
2. Significance (⚡ Thunder Icon)
Themes marked with a thunder icon are most influential on your eNPS. These themes may not always have the highest or lowest scores, but they strongly impact overall sentiment and should be prioritized in action planning.
3. Benchmarking (Quartiles)
Shows how your org compares to others in the ecosystem:
Q4 (Top Quartile): Top 25% (75–100 percentile)
Q3: 50–75 percentile
Q2: 25–50 percentile
Q1 (Bottom Quartile): Bottom 25% (0–25 percentile)
