eNPS Survey Participation

A survey participation report gives an overview of the employee participation percentage. Ensuring maximum participation of employees is critical for any survey. INsant reflects employee engagement and ensures that the insights gathered represent the broader organization, helping identify and address key pain points effectively.

As a rule of thumb, aim for a minimum 80% participation rate to ensure broad coverage and more accurate analysis.

The report below provides an overview of survey participation, with the ability to drill down by L1 leaders and managers across the hierarchy.

  • Manager-wise Breakdown: Shows the participation rate of each manager’s team, with the option to drill down into their hierarchy to identify areas of low engagement.

  • Direct Reports: Clicking on a manager's name reveals the participation rate of their direct reports, offering a more detailed view of team-level responses.

Note: A name will be clickable in the table only if the person has managers reporting to them.

You can also download a manager-wise flat hierarchy export to identify and nudge managers with low participation, helping drive higher response rates across teams.
