Edit Survey
Editing survey details
End Date: Admins can change the survey's end date from the Details page. Click on the survey name or the '⋮' icon and go to the View Details page to edit the closure deadline.
Note: The end date can only be changed while the survey is in the "In Progress" state. Once it ends, please contact your Customer Success POC to reopen it.
Survey Name and Start Date: Admins can edit the survey name and start date only before the survey goes live. To do this, either click on the survey name or the '⋮' icon and go to the View Details page to make the changes.
Edit the Survey Audience
PeopleCues takes a designated snapshot of the user hierarchy for each new survey. This ensures that survey data remains consistent and unaffected by changes made to the main user list after the survey is created.
If you need to add or remove users, update manager mappings, or modify demographic data, you can make these changes at any point—before the survey goes live, while it’s live, or even after it ends.
Steps to Edit the Audience:
Step 1: Click on the name of the survey. Step 2: Go to the Audience tab. Step 3: Click the Upload Excel File button. Step 4: Upload the file in the required format.
Note: Always upload the complete list of users when updating the hierarchy. Do not upload only the changes. Any users missing from the file will be treated as removed from the survey audience.
If you do not have the latest version of the survey hierarchy, please reach out to your Customer Success point of contact to get it.

Scheduled
The survey is scheduled to go live on the start date
In-progress
Survey is live
Closed & Analyzing
The survey has been closed, and the results are being computed by the system.
Cloased & Report Generated
The survey results have been computed and shared with the engagement admins
Published
Survey results have been shared with the managers
Delete Survey
Click on the bin icon on the right to delete a survey.
