How to Launch an eNPS Survey on PeopleCues
Step 1: Navigate to the Surveys Tab Go to the Surveys tab on the PeopleCues platform and click the Create Survey button.
Step 2: Select the eNPS Survey Template Under the Org Surveys category, select the eNPS Survey template, which appears highlighted in blue at the top-left corner.
Step 3: Choose the Audience Select the employees who should receive the survey. You have two options:
All Employees – Sends the survey to all users invited to the PeopleCues platform.
Upload a Custom User List – Upload a list of selected employees along with relevant demographic information. This is useful for excluding specific groups, such as new joiners or those in their notice period.
Click "Next Step" to continue.
Step 4: Review Survey Questions Review the pre-defined questions in the eNPS survey. Once done, click "Next Step" to proceed.
Step 5: Set Survey Details Provide a unique name for your survey to help differentiate it from others. Then, set the desired start date and time and end date and time for the survey.
Step 6: Final Preview and Schedule Review all survey details on the final screen. Once confirmed, click "Schedule" to launch the survey.
