Manager Approval

Ensure Manager is aligned on the objective.

Manager Approval refers to approving tasks and objectives in the org to align the business workflow and achieve the defined business goal. The Manager must first approve these objectives for users to proceed.

Although Manager Approval is optional for the org and depends on the requirements of the org, it helps a streamlined flow of communication and task management.

To enable Manager Approval option, the admin should:

Step 1: Go to Settings from the left-hand side menu on your dashboard and click on Customization option under the Objectives Module.

Step 2: The first option under Objectives Customization is Manager Approval, turn on the toggle to enable the option.

Once enabled the objectives will automatically for the Manager for approval.

Accepting/Rejecting Objective

The Manager can accept or reject an objective. To do so:

Step 1: Go to Objectives and click on My directs tab from the header menu.

Step 2: You can click on either Accept or Reject button to accept or reject the objective respectively.
