Manager Approval

Manager Approval ensures tasks and objectives are reviewed and approved before moving forward, helping align business workflows and achieve defined goals. While optional, enabling Manager Approval creates a more streamlined flow of communication and task management.

Enabling Manager Approval (Admin Only)

  1. Go to Settings from the left-hand menu on your dashboard.

  2. Under the Objectives Module, click Customization.

  3. In Objectives Customization, turn on the Manager Approval toggle.

Once enabled, all objectives will automatically be sent to the respective Manager for approval.

Note: The above flow applies only to objective creation. If your organization wants to enable a setting where any changes to an existing objective also require Manager Approval, please reach out to your SPOC.

Turn on the Manager approval toggle to enable the option.

Accepting or Rejecting Objectives (Manager)

  1. Go to Objectives and click the My Directs tab in the header menu.

  2. Click Accept or Reject to approve or reject the objective.

Click on either Accept or Reject button to take action on the Objectives.
