Calibration Sets

Calibration Sets

Employees at same level and same team are calibrated in the same meeting by the same committee. For instance all SDE1's are calibrated together and Product Managers are calibrated together. Using Calibration Set you can build a set of employees who will be calibrated together and include the relevant members in the committee.

Creating a Calibrations Set:

Open a review and click on + Calibration Sets button. Add the name of calibration set, names of people to be calibrated and name of the committee members involved. Then click on Save Changes.

View a Calibrations Set:

Select one of the existing sets by clicking on View Calibration Sets and selecting a calibrations set.
