Customization
The Objectives Customization section allows admins to tailor how objectives are created, managed, and aligned within the organization. These settings help ensure consistency, control, and alignment with business priorities.
1. Manager Approval
When enabled, all objectives must be approved by the employee’s manager before they can start working on them.
2. Add Contributors
If enabled, only the contributors added while objective creation will be able to add key results.
If disabled, anybody can create a key result for all objectives visible to them.
3. Weightage
Allows each objective to be assigned a weight to indicate its relative importance.
Useful for prioritization and performance calibration.
4. Business Alignment
When enabled, all objectives must be aligned to a business theme.
Only admins can define available business themes for alignment.
Helps ensure every objective ties back to an overarching organizational strategy.

5. Objectives Auto-Reassignment for Revoked Users
By default, when a user is removed, their objectives are reassigned to their manager. However, if the user is revoked and their manager is unavailable, the objectives will be automatically reassigned to a designated fallback user.
Admins can configure this fallback user (e.g., another admin or HRBP) to ensure that no objectives are left orphaned or unmanaged.
