Publish Review

Publish reviews once the manager sign-off date passes.

Once the calibrations are done, the feedback should be shared with the team members so that they can understand their strengths & development areas and plan their growth.

This is where the Publish Reviews feature comes in. There are two ways to publish the review:

1. Manager Publish (Recommended)

Ideally, managers should be able to share the review feedback after their feedback conversation with the direct report. With the manager publish feature, they can easily publish from their dashboard.

2. Org wise Publish

This allows admins to publish the review for the entire org in one click. All review participants will receive an email that their review has been published and they can view their feedback.

How to publish a review

Step 1: Go to the Reviews section from the left panel menu and click on the Publish Review button for the review that you want to publish.

Step 2: Select one of the options between Enable Publish for Managers or Publish for the entire org and then save.

Once the admin selects and saves Enable Publish for Managers, the managers in the organization can publish the review for their direct reports. To read more about this click .
