You can define the timeline of the performance review by selecting a date from the Pick a date calendar given for each section, select one of the date prompts provided under each section or select a custom date.
For instance, if the announcement date for the review cycle is January 1, the prompts for the review start date would suggest in 7 days and so on, implying the review begins on January 8 and so on.
Announcement date: Announcement date signifies the date when the review cycle for the term will be announced in the organizations. Participants for the review cycle also receive an email informing them the same.
Review start date: It is the date when the review cycle will begin for the employees in the org. All the processes selected during the review creation journey will start from review start date till self-review submission date.
Self review submission date: Self review submission date signifies the last date for an employee to submit their self-review for the review cycle.
Additional reviewer submission date: This section specifies the date by which the additional reviewer for the review cycle must submit their responses.
Manager review should begin on: This section specifies the date by which the manager should be able to provide his review for the employees. Performance manager has two options to specify the manager review start date: (i) Self submission has been submitted, or (ii) Peer submission has concluded.
Manager submission date: Manager submission date is the last date to submit review for the employee. You can select the date relative to the previous selection.
Manager sign off date: This section specifies the date by which the Manager should approve the ratings to complete the review cycle.
