Objective Alignment
View the alignment of OKR from the details page in just one click.
Users are regularly notified about OKRs via email, Slack, in-app notifications, or when someone shares an OKR link. Clicking on the link takes you directly to the detailed view in PeopleCues.
To avoid constantly checking progress manually, PeopleCues provides a quick alignment view that shows your OKRs’ progress in relation to their parent objective every time you open the OKR details page.
Why View Alignment Is Useful
Quickly understand the context of your OKR in relation to the parent objective.
Automatically expands all key results of the parent objective while highlighting your objective in context.
After reviewing alignment, you can click Back to Details to update your OKR without losing context.
How to Access View Alignment
Go to the Objectives page and hover over the arrow button on the top-left corner of your OKR.
Click the View Alignment prompt.
You will see a summary of the success metrics, OKR progress, and status relative to the parent objective.
