My Directs
The My Directs tab lets managers and team leads view the objectives assigned to their direct reportees. This section provides a consolidated view of your team’s progress, helping you stay informed and guide them effectively.
What You Can Do in My Directs
View Your Direct Reports’ Objectives: See all objectives assigned to the people who report directly to you.
Monitor Progress: Track metric values, statuses, and check-ins for each direct report’s objectives.
Facilitate Reviews: Prepare for one-on-ones, performance discussions, or check-in meetings with your team.
Accessing My Directs
Go to the Objectives section in PeopleCues.
Click on the My Directs tab to view the objectives of your direct reportees.
