All Objectives

The All Objectives tab provides a comprehensive view of every objective defined across your organization. This section is ideal for leaders, HR teams, and employees who need visibility into company-wide goals and progress.

What You Can Do in All Objectives

  • View All Objectives: See every objective created across all teams and individuals in your organization.

  • Track Progress Company-Wide: Monitor metric values, statuses, and check-ins at scale.

  • Filter & Search: Use filters (team, owner, status, timeline) to narrow down the objectives you need to review.

Accessing All Objectives

  1. Go to the Objectives section in PeopleCues.

  2. Click on the All Objectives tab in the main header menu.

  3. Use the filters at the top of the screen to customize your view.

If you can’t find an objective, check the Timeline dropdown at the top-right corner and ensure the correct period is selected.

Some objectives may not be visible in the My Directs tab if custom or protected visibility settings are applied.
