All Objectives

The All Objectives tab gives a complete, organization-wide view of every objective created in PeopleCues. It is useful for leaders, HR teams, and anyone who needs visibility into goals beyond their own or their direct reports.

What You Can Do in All Objectives

  • View Organization-Wide Objectives: See objectives across all teams and individuals.

  • Track Overall Progress: Monitor metrics, statuses, and check-ins at scale.

  • Filter and Search: Narrow results by team, owner, status, or timeline to quickly find relevant objectives.

How to Access All Objectives

  • Go to Objectives in PeopleCues.

  • Click the All Objectives tab in the header menu.

  • Use the filters at the top of the page to customize your view.

If an objective is missing, check the Timeline dropdown in the top-right corner to ensure the correct period is selected.

Objectives with protected or custom visibility settings may not be visible to all users.
