What is the construct of Lifecycle Surveys?
Lifecycle Surveys consist of multiple parameters that are listed as follows.
Touchpoint: is a key event in the employee journey that triggers a survey to capture timely feedback. For example, when an employee completes 30 days, a survey is sent to understand their onboarding experience. Each touchpoint covers specific themes relevant to that stage in the lifecycle.
Themes covered in lifecycle touchpoints Survey Duration: Each Lifecycle Survey remains open for 7 days, during which employees are expected to respond.
Survey Reminders: Automated reminders are sent on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Engagement Admins can also manually trigger reminders from the platform as needed.
Questions: HR teams can include any number of questions per touchpoint, though we recommend keeping surveys concise due to their higher frequency.
Question Types: Lifecycle Surveys support multiple formats:
Range (0–10): e.g., our flagship eNPS question
4-Point Likert: From Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree
Yes/No: Simple binary responses
Multiple Choice: Customizable options
Open Text: For capturing qualitative feedback
