Theme Scores in the eNPS Survey

The full eNPS survey measures organizational health across 15 key themes. The theme scores page helps you understand what drives each theme’s score and where to focus your interventions for improvement.

How to Access the Theme Scores Page

You can access the theme-level insights in two ways:

  • From the Org Health Heatmap: Click on any theme in the heatmap to view its detailed score breakdown.

  • From the Dashboard Page: Use the Overview dropdown to navigate to a specific theme’s score page.

Understanding the Theme Scores Page

The Theme Scores page provides a deeper view of how your organization is performing on each theme and helps in pinpointing areas of focus. It supports three key insights:

  1. Overall Performance on a Theme View your organization’s overall score for a selected theme to understand how you're doing at a macro level.

  2. Performance on Individual Questions Each theme is made up of multiple survey questions. The table shows a breakdown by question; each column after the first one represents a specific question under the theme, helping you spot which aspects are performing well or poorly.

  3. Team-Level Insights by Manager Hierarchy

    • The first row shows the overall org score.

    • The next row displays scores from the direct reports of the selected manager, helping you assess their specific feedback on each question.

    • The following rows show the question scores for each manager’s org (e.g., Amit, Jian in the example).

    • You can click on any manager's row to drill down further into their hierarchy and identify which teams need more attention.

Powerful Tools on the Theme Scores Page

  • Drill-Down by Org Hierarchy: Enables you to pinpoint specific areas within the organization that require improvement. For instance, if Amit’s org has a lower score than others, it signals the need for focused intervention there.

  • Sortable Columns: You can sort any column (question) to instantly see which teams are doing well and where there is room for improvement across the organization.

If the manager is the last level manager (nobody reports to them beyond direct reporters in the org hierarchy), then only the Overall row would be visible.
