How do I set up a Lifecycle Survey for my org?
The following steps will outline how you can set up Continuous Surveys for your organization:
1. Contact the xto10x CS team Reach out to initiate the Continuous Surveys setup process.
2. Configure your questionnaire and touchpoints We’ll share a recommended questionnaire template. You can make a copy and customize the questions and options as needed.
3. Share the finalized questionnaire with us Our team may reach out for clarification if needed.
4. Go live Once reviewed, your touchpoints will be activated in your PeopleCues instance.
What Happens Next?
Eligible employees will receive survey launch emails and Slack notifications (if integrated).
PeopleCues will automatically send reminders to employees who haven't responded.
Admins can track participation and send manual nudges via the Participation tab.
Super Admins and Engagement Admins can view real-time responses in the Reports tab.
