Manage reviews option allows the performance administrator to take stock of the ongoing reviews while performing a set of actions to modify the ongoing and upcoming set of reviews.
Attributes of managing reviews:
The Preview option allows the user to view particular settings for a review. The Preview button re directs the user to the last page of the Create Review cycle.
To Preview settings for the review cycle:
Step 1: Click on Reviews tab from the left-hand side main menu and go to Manage Reviews option in the Reviews dashboard.
Step 2: Click on Edit Workflow option in the Actions column and click the Preview & Edit option to view the settings for an upcoming or ongoing review cycle.
While previewing the reviews, PeopleCues also allows users to edit the review. However, this option is only accessible for upcoming reviews.
The Preview & Edit option allows admin to edit:
Reviewers and reviewees
Timeline
Questions
Visibility settings
To edit reviews:
Follow the same steps for previewing the review settings. Once you select the Preview & Edit option from the Edit Workflow's menu, you will be redirected to the final page of creating a review journey. To edit any sections for the upcoming review, click on the Edit button against each block to continue.
The edit workflow option allows the admin to modify settings for an upcoming review.
Click on the Edit Workflow against the review cycle to proceed:
Edit workflow tab allows you to make 3 types of changes:
Edit review timeline You can modify the dates for various attributes like the announcement date, review start date, et al. depending upon the review cycle's stage.
To modify the date, click on the date option under the upcoming milestone and select the desired date.
Trigger workflow You can also trigger the event otherwise scheduled for a later date to commence instantly.
To trigger workflow, click on the Trigger button against the event that you want to start.
Add New Reviewees Set You can add a new reviewees set even after the review's launch. Adding a new set allows you to include more departments to the review cycle without creating a new review from scratch.
To add a new reviewees set: Step 1: Click on + New Reviewees Set option in the Edit Workflow pop-up.
Step 2: Click on Reviewee(s) option to add new reviewees to the existing review cycle. The list of people not already part of the review cycle will appear here. You can filter reviewees based on teams, departments, etc. to add people more efficiently.
Once added, schedule the event dates, like Announcement date, Review start date, etc., and click on Save Set to finish.
Modify existing reviewees You can also add or remove from the existing list of reviewees for the cycle.
To modify existing reviewees:
Step 1: Click on the Reviewee(s) name tab to access the list of reviewees participating in the cycle.
Step 2: You can now select or de-select people from the pop-up to edit the existing list of reviewees. Click on Done to finish.
Performance administrator and super admin can export the review cycle's status
Click on the three-dots menu under the Action column and click on Export status button to access the excel file.
You will receive an email with the link to download the file.
