  1. Edit Review Timeline

Modify dates for key milestones such as the Announcement Date, Review Start Date, and others, depending on the stage of the review cycle.

    • To update a date, click on the date field under the upcoming milestone and select the desired date.

Note: The Announcement Date and Review Start Date can only be modified until those milestones have not yet been reached. Once achieved, these dates can no longer be changed.

  1. Trigger Workflow

Start an event immediately that was originally scheduled for a later date.

  • To trigger a workflow, click the Touchpoint button next to the event you wish to execute.

  1. Add New Reviewee Set

  • You can add a new set of reviewees even after the review has been launched. This allows additional departments or groups to be included in the review cycle without creating a new review from scratch.

Note: The timelines for a new reviewee set can differ from those of the parent review.

To add a new reviewee set:

Step 1: In the Edit Workflow pop-up, click on the + New Reviewee Set button.

Step 2: Click on the Reviewee(s) option to add new participants to the existing review cycle. A list of employees who are not already part of the cycle will appear. Use filters such as teams, departments, or other criteria to quickly find and add reviewees.

Step 3: Once added, schedule the event dates, like Announcement date, Review start date, etc., and click on Save Set to finish.

  1. Remove existing reviewees

You can also add or remove participants from the existing list of reviewees in a cycle.

To modify existing reviewees:

  1. Click on the Reviewee(s) tab to view the list of employees currently participating in the cycle.

Edit existing reviewees in the review cycle through edit workflow option.

Step 2: In the pop-up, select or deselect employees to update the existing list of reviewees. Once done, click Done to save your changes.
