How do I set up Clo in my org?

Once you've decided to actively listen to your employees and improve their overall sentiment, follow these simple steps to successfully onboard your new Chief Listening Officer (Clo):

Step 1: Confirm Go-Live with PeopleCues Let the PeopleCues team know that you're ready to activate Clo in your organization. You can notify us by:

  • Contacting your Customer Success or Product representative, or

  • Raising a ticket through the Help section in the PeopleCues platform.

Step 2: Introduce Clo to Your Organization Create internal awareness by announcing your partnership with PeopleCues and the appointment of your new Chief Listening Officer. This step builds credibility and helps ensure Clo is well-received by employees.

  • Slack or Microsoft Teams

  • Townhalls or leadership updates

Step 3: Notify PeopleCues After the Announcement Once your internal communication has been shared, please inform the PeopleCues team. We’ll then enable Clo to begin introducing itself directly to employees.
