Post performance review survey
Post Performance review survey allows the employees to express their sentiments about the conduct of review quality of feedback provided by their managers in the review.
Feedback Survey Creation Walkthrough:
Click on Create Review Feedback Survey after opening the published review to create a post-performance review feedback survey.
On the Audience Selection page you can select the team members to send the feedback survey to.
Use Add Questions page to select the questions for the survey. You can choose to add any suggested questions which have been carefully crafted to extract key insights about feedback quality. These questions are 4-point likert scale , Yes/No or Qualitative questions. You can add custom questions which can be 4-point likert scale or Qualitative questions.
If you want to any other kind of custom questions like Yes/No please get in touch with our support team at support-cues@xto10x.com. You can launch the survey after defining it's name and deadline. Check out the following demonstrative video.
