Create & Launch Review
The Reviews module in PeopleCues allows a Performance Administrator to evaluate employee skills and performance across various customizable touchpoints.
Creating a performance cycle review is a 7-step process:
Step 1: Navigate to the Reviews option in the left-hand menu bar and click on Create Review to begin setting up your review.

Step 2: Enter the required review details by assigning a unique name to the review and providing clear instructions to help employees understand the review process.

Step 3: Select the Review Type based on your preference for reviewee inputs. By default, the manager is a mandatory reviewer for each cycle. In the second stage, you can:
Include Sign-Offs
Specify the employees who must participate in the review cycle
Add Additional Reviewers if required

Step 4: Set up the Timeline for the review cycle by specifying key dates, including the Announcement Date, Start Date, Review Submission Date, and Manager Review Date.

Step 5: Choose the Questions Module(s) for the review cycle to assess employee performance. You can select any or all of the following module types:
Objectives
Competency
Open Questions
Each section can be customized to create a more comprehensive review cycle.
To know more about the Questions and each of the categories, see here.

Step 6: Configure the Summary Section of the review cycle. You can:
Enable or disable the Final Rating
Customize the Final Summary Question
Specify which personas can provide the final rating and set visibility preferences
Additionally, the Summary tab allows you to include System Ratings to help minimize biases in the review process.

Step 7: Before previewing and launching the review, decide whether to include Promotion and Training Needs questions in the review cycle. PeopleCues also allows you to define Next-Level Justification questions if a promotion recommendation is YES.
You can configure visibility settings for both the Promotion and Training Needs sections to control who can access this information.

Step 8: Review all the inputs for the review cycle in the Preview section. Once everything is verified, click Create Review to launch the cycle.
