Competency Upload

Upload your Competencies/Values for your Feedback and Review Processes

The Reviews module allows the Performance Administrator to upload Competencies and Values for the entire org and map it to the employees so that these competencies can be reviewed.

Competencies get frozen at the time of Review announcement, please ensure you update the competencies beforehand

The Upload template involves 2 Sheets which have to be populated so that they can be uploaded onto the PeopleCues platform.

  1. - This File must include all the competencies that are being used in your organisation. Please download a copy of this sheet and populate the following fields :

    • Competency Code - Unique codes for every competency which have to be assigned to every competency.

    • Competency Title - Name of the Competency

    • Competency Description - Detailed description of the competency to help users with the details of the Competency defined by the Administrator

  2. - This File must include the mapping of the Competencies mentioned in the Masterlist to the employees

    • Competency Code - Mention the Code of the competency used in the Masterlist to map it to the relevant Employees.

    • Basis your Competency framework use the relevant columns to map the users of this demographic to the Competency code filled earlier. For Eg. - If Sales department employees need to be mapped competency codes XYZ001, XYZ002 and XYZ003, mention Sales in the map_department column in 3 separate rows and enter the codes in the corresponding competency code column.

    • You can also map competency basis Designation, level and employee id
