Participation

The Performance Administrator can track participation for ongoing reviews. The details are displayed by the different stages of the review cycle, such as Self-Review, Manager Review, and others.

To check participation for the particular review:

Step 1: Navigate to the Reviews tab from the left-hand menu and click Open Review next to the ongoing review.

Click on Open Review button to check the org status.

Step 2: From the Review Dashboard, click on the Participation tab at the top to view the status of the review cycle.

As an Administrator, you can access the following information:

1. The status of Self Review, Additional Review, Manager Review, and Review Publish

2. Send reminders to any or all of the above personas who have not yet submitted their respective forms

3. View participation in different formats, including Hierarchical View, Flat View, or Manager-wise View, allowing you to nudge individuals or leaders to drive participation at their respective levels
