Participation

Check the organisation status with respect to the ongoing reviews in the Reviews section.

Performance administrator can also view the Participation for the ongoing reviews. Details on the page are bifurcated based on the various stages in the review cycle, e.g. self-review, manager review, etc.

To check participation for the particular review:

Step 1: Go to Reviews tab from the left-hand side menu and click on Open Review button against the ongoing review.

Click on Open Review button to check the org status.

Step 2: Click on the participation tab from the Review dashboard to check the review status.

You can view the number of people who have submitted the reviews, have not started yet, are in process, or for whom it is not applicable.

Besides getting an overview of the review cycle in the org, you can also check individual review submission status by scrolling down the list of employees participating in the review cycle.

Click on Participation tab to check the review status for different review stages.
