Approve/Select peers of reportees

Manager may approve, reject or appoint peers of the employee for the review cycle.

The Performance Administrator configures the peer selection process for the review cycle, which allows the Manager to:

  • Select peers for the review A manager can fully control the list of peers that give feedback for an employee.

To select peers for review: Step 1: Go to Reviews section and click on Open Review button to access the review details.

Step 2: In the My Directs tab, click on Peer Nomination section. Click on View and Approve against the reportee's name to see their nomination of peers for the review cycle.

Step 3: You will see the peers that are already nominated by your Reportee.

  • You can approve or reject the peer nominations either at individual level or for the whole group.

  • Here you can remove any selection by clicking on Remove button against the peer that is nominated.

  • You can add any additional peer by clicking on + Add New Peers.

Step 4: You can select peers using various Filters based on Department, Sub Department, Designation, etc. Click on Nominate Additional Reviewers button to finish.

Step 5: Approve the participant's selection of peers Managers can approve the employees' selection of list of peers for the review. Once the Manager approves, the peer selection is finalized.

Click the Open Review button to add peer details.
Click on Peer Nomination to view the nominations.
Click on Add New Peers to add more Peers.
Select peers for the review cycle and click on Nominate Additional Reviewers to finish.
Click on Approve button to approve only one peer or Approve Request to approve all.
